Easy Butternut Squash Curry

It was really spicy and tasted a little bit like Thai curry. I would eat it again as long as we have naan. I would make it again, but not the same. Maybe add tomatoes or use a different curry sauce.

First word that comes to mind is spicy. Maybe too spicy. The lemon really elevated the flavor tho and gave it a brightness. I would eat this again as well. Prolly using a different curry spice. First time having butternut squash and I liked it. But word of caution – use gloves when peeling it. Apparently it can cause an allergic reaction.

If you get this, use packing tape to get the oils or wax from the butternut squash off your finger.
